Correctional Consulting

We have over 30 years of experience in correctional law enforcement to include developing programs to improve safety and security, and conditions of confinement in prisons and secure facilities.

We provide expert knowledge in the management and auditing of Community Residential Services, Probation, Parole and Aftercare Services, Correctional Industries, Detention, Jails/Prisons, Food Service Programs, and the Administration of Correctional Agencies. Other areas of expertise include disproportionate minority confinement, prison rape elimination, inmate classification and assessment, reentry and recidivism, and prison design and construction.

Our experience extends to both juvenile and adult correctional facilities to include small, medium and maximum-security facilities. We have partnered with several vendors to provide specialized products and services in the management, operation and design of correctional facilities.
